What’s Your Favorite Body Part To Train

It’s really hard to decide what’s my favorite body part or muscle to train.  If I had to pick one, I’d say chest.  But, I have a love hate relationship with legs.  There used to be a time when I dreaded waking up on leg day.  Now, I look forward to leg day.

That feeling you get when you’re burning the quads, hams and calves is priceless.  There is nothing like squatting heavy weight or doing burn outs with high reps and lighter weight.  The only bad part is trying to walk afterwards.  Even though – I never skip leg day.

I say chest is my favorite body part to train because it hits a few muscle groups and you can really get a nice workout with barbell bench press, dumbbell bench press, inclines, dumbbell flyes and pec deck flyes.  Add some push ups and dips, and you got a solid workout.

Going high volume on chest day is the only way to go.  I don’t stop until I get a crazy pump and my chest is swollen like a Silverback Gorilla.

I’ve had my fair share of chest day gauntlets.  A true gut check!!
